At Suvarnika, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We are committed to delivering quality products while maintaining a fair and transparent policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
Suvarnika follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy. Returns are not accepted for: • Change of mind • Product not liked • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences • Delays caused by courier services All purchases are considered final except in cases mentioned below.
2. Replacement Eligibility (Damaged or Incorrect Item)
Replacement is allowed only if: • You receive a damaged product, or • You receive an incorrect item. A clear and continuous 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel. The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests without proper unboxing video proof will not be considered.
3. Replacement Process
• The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address. • Return courier charges must be borne by the customer. • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as Suvarnika is not responsible for lost return shipments. After receiving and verifying the returned item: • A replacement product will be dispatched at no additional shipping cost (subject to availability). • If the product is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Non-Eligible Items
Replacement is not applicable for: • Sale items • Promotional or discounted purchases • Combo or gift sets (individual pieces cannot be replaced separately) • Products showing signs of usage or tampering
5. Important Notes
• Claims without proper evidence will be rejected. • Insufficient or unclear video proof may result in rejection of the request. • The final decision regarding replacement eligibility rests with Suvarnika.
